1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using uNode ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

uNode provides virtual private server (VPS) hosting services. We provision and manage cloud infrastructure on your behalf, accessible via SSH, RDP, or other remote protocols. Servers are deployed on-demand and billed monthly based on the selected plan.

3. Account Registration

Accounts are created through Telegram OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and any servers deployed under your uNode account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Payment and Billing

4.1 Prepaid Balance

uNode operates on a prepaid balance model. You deposit funds via cryptocurrency, and server costs are deducted from your balance monthly. There are no refunds on deposits unless required by applicable law.

4.2 Pricing

Plan pricing is displayed on our website and at the time of deployment. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes do not affect existing servers until their next billing cycle.

4.3 Non-Payment

If your balance is insufficient to cover a renewal, we may suspend or terminate your server(s). We will attempt to notify you via Telegram before taking action. Terminated servers and their data cannot be recovered.

5. Server Usage

You have full root access to your servers and are solely responsible for all content, software, and activity on them. You agree not to use the Service for:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate servers engaged in prohibited activities without prior notice or refund.

6. Resource Fair Use

Server resources (CPU, RAM, disk, bandwidth) are allocated per your selected plan. Sustained usage that significantly exceeds your plan's allocation or negatively impacts other users may result in throttling or a request to upgrade. Bandwidth is metered per your plan's allocation.

7. Uptime and Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for all servers. This excludes scheduled maintenance (announced via Telegram with at least 24 hours notice) and force majeure events. We are not liable for downtime caused by upstream infrastructure providers, network outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Data and Backups

You are solely responsible for backing up your data. While we may offer backup features, we do not guarantee the availability or integrity of backups. Server termination results in permanent and irreversible data loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, uNode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting all servers and contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, all server data is permanently deleted.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via Telegram notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
